Stunning mansion house, very private indeed with 12 bedrooms including two little chalets right next to the massive hot-tub! huge downstairs space and the biggest bedrooms we have ever seen upstairs. Almost all rooms ensuite and a wonderful cinema room for themed film nights!  Fantastic social kitchen and lounges make this one of our favourites! 

Beautiful house in its own grounds with tennis court and outdoor hot-tub. The birthplace of "lingerie tennis" and our favourite summertime venue due to the amazing outdoor space. 8 bedrooms, one with balcony overlooking the tennis court and grounds! fantastic bi fold doors leading to the outdoor space gives this venue a real quality feel. 

A castle!! Dripping with character with a Dalek , yes a Dalek, in the reception hall, a dungeon with amazing lights and a bar and pool tabel!  Enormous bedrooms, almost all with en suite! Gaynor's personal favourite and a venue where we have done five events so far. Definitely on the agenda this year! Outdoor hot-tub and huge BBQ make this a stunning place to spend a few days.
